Recruitment position:Analytical methods development Supervisor/Manager

Job responsibilities:

1. Analytical Method Development:  Responsible for the development of analytical methods for antibody-based drugs.

2. Documentation: Draft validation protocols, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and other relevant documents.

3. Deviation Investigation and Change Implementation: Participate in deviation investigations related to projects, implement changes, and develop corrective and preventive actions (CAPAs).

4. Other Duties:  Perform other tasks as assigned by superiors.

Job Requirements:

1. Educational Background: Master’s degree or higher in Cell Biology, Life Sciences, Biotechnology, Bioengineering, Biochemistry, or a related field.

2. Work Experience: 3-5 years of experience in the development of analytical methods for antibodies and Antibody-Drug Conjugates (ADCs).

3. GMP Experience: Experience in GMP environments is preferred.

4. Literature Research Skills: Strong ability to search and review domestic and international literature.

5. Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills.

6. English Proficiency: English proficiency at the CET-4 level or higher, with strong reading and writing skills. Good oral communication skills in English are preferred.
